There are only a few manufacturers who understand the art of improving an already excellent basis. HELIX has optimized the new woofer with loving attention to detail and included elements of the legendary SPXL 12 in the high-precision series. The rubber surround is not only sewn to the cone, it is also fi rmly screwed to the basket using the machined mounting ring. The cone itself – a Kevlar paper-sandwich design – is also new and stiffer than before to withstand even the strongest impulses without warping.
